In accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), NeoGenomics will not sell patient’s medical or health information, also referred to as Protected Health Information, without the patient’s prior written authorization. For all other personal information not defined as Protected Health Information, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provide consumers the right to opt-out and direct businesses not to sell or share their personal information to a third party. NeoGenomics Laboratories takes its consumers’ privacy seriously and provides a method to communicate their preference.
