Every patient is as unique as his or her cancer. Our Client Service team strives to provide our clients with the most professional and courteous service possible.

Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:30 PM Eastern
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Eastern
After Hours: After normal business hours, 7 days per week

After Hours Response

We offer after-hours voicemail service for clients to leave their request. If the client has an urgent fresh specimen pick-up request they can select option 1 and their call will be directed to a live person to provide assistance. Option 2 offers assistance with priority case or cases that are medical emergency.
