FedEx Express National Service Disruption: Severe Winter Weather

Service Update

FedEx Express experienced substantial disruptions at their Memphis and Indianapolis hubs last night due to severe winter weather that has been moving across the United States. This has caused severe transit issues impacting sample shipments to our testing sites.

Potential delays are possible for package deliveries across the U.S. with a delivery commitment of Friday, December 23 and Saturday, December 24. FedEx and NeoGenomics are committed to provide service to the best of our ability during this weather event.

NeoGenomics Logistics and Client Services are actively tracking impacted samples and are doing everything possible to ensure the promptest delivery of these shipments to our testing sites.
