NeoGenomics is licensed under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendment of 1988 (“CLIA”) is authorized to provide diagnostic laboratory services in the states of Florida, California, New York, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania and Maryland. In addition, NeoGenomics is both a Medicare and Medicaid provider.
