MultiOmyx advanced analytics enable unambiguous quantitative immune cell classification across different tissue types, accounting for different biomarker staining patterns in different population of cells. Additionally, MultiOmyx algorithms are able to differentiate between cell populations in the tumor, stroma, and tumor margin. This enables computation of the distance of every cell from any regions in the tissue to distances between multiple populations of cell. MultiOmyx advanced analytics allows for complex data analyses which were simply not feasible through traditional qualitative analysis.
MultiOmyx cell classification algorithms take into account area and intensity of biomarker staining in the expected sub-cellular localization to accurately classify population of immune cells.

PD-L1+CD68+ cells are nearest to population of tumor / pan-CK+ cells as visualized in the color blends and plots on the right. Bottom sample shows low T-cells population with no PD-L1 expression.
